How can Play Today DC help my business?
Play Today DC provides you a business solution to help maximize your revenue at no additional cost. Play Today DC will help fill vacancies - normally left unsold - for your events, activities, classes and camps. In addition, Play Today DC provides you a channel to reach a new network of customers with no marketing expense to your business. Unlike the "daily deal" sites, Play Today DC partners with your business on an ongoing basis. Our partnership eliminates the risk of overselling a 'deal' which can ultimately result in limiting your revenue opportunities and affecting customer service/satisfaction.
Is there a cost for my business to list on PlayTodayDC.com?
Play Today DC is a no risk, no cost option for listings.
What businesses are eligible to list on PlayTodayDC.com?
All businesses related to children's events, activities, camps, birthday parties, entertainment are eligible to list on the site.
In what local area are the businesses on Play Today DC?
Currently, our beta-site lists for businesses that have activities and events located in Vienna, Oakton, Falls Church, Reston, Herndon, Great Falls and McLean; however, we are expanding across the DC Metro area soon! Is my business restricted from listing elsewhere once I am listed on Play Today DC?
No, we do not have exclusivity requirements in our contracts.
Who should we contact if we need to add or remove a listing from the site?
Your Account Lead or "Fun Finder" will make any changes you need on Play Today DC. That's what they are here for! If you are not sure who your Account Lead is, please contact us at info@playtodaydc.com and we will assist you.
Is my business obligated to list on your site once we have a contract with Play Today DC?
You are not obligated - you can list as much or as little as you want. The idea is to list with us what you don't normally sell; however, if there is no listing for an entire year then we reserve the right to cancel your contract.
How will my business know when customer registration has occurred?
Once a customer registers for your event, activity, class, or camp you will be notified immediately by a confirmation email.
When will my business receive the registration funds?
You will receive payment for registrations net 30 days from the date of purchase. Will Play Today DC send funds via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)/Direct Deposit? Yes. You can choose how you want to receive disbursements. EFT or hard copy check options are available.
What is your customer refund policy?
In order to receive a refund, please make a request to info@playtodaydc.com. Requests received within 30 days of purchase and at least 34 hours before your activity or event begins will be refunded. Requests outside of this time period will not be guaranteed
How should my business handle refunds?
Please contact your Account Lead or "Fun Finder" and let them know that you need to issue a refund and we will take it from there. If you are not sure who your Account Lead is, please contact us at info@playtodaydc.com and we will assist you.
Will my business receive a registration report?
Yes. You will get a detailed list of registered clients every month!
I saw coupons on your site. How can my business participate?
Coupons are yet another option available to our partners to make sure you have access to all of the resources you need to attract and register new clients. Please contact your Account Lead for details. If you are not sure who your Account Lead is, contact us at info@playtodaydc.com and we will assist you.
Can my business attend the Find the Fun Fair that is coming to our area?
If you are contracted with Play Today DC and we are hosting a Find the Fun Fair in your area just let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your request.
