Linda says: "First off, wushu is a form of traditional Chinese martial arts. At this Chantilly location, wushu is taught by previous US Wushu Team member and current US Wushu Team coach, Stephon Morton. Previous US Wushu Team members who are also students at this school also teach. The classes run Monday to Saturday, at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays, and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. The facility has a large space and is kept very clean. O-Mei Wushu Center is a great place for people of all ages to join. There are many kids from ages 5 and up, and there are also parents that join their child in class. The overall environment of the school gives off a welcoming vibe, with friendly instructors and energizing classes. Wushu is a great way to boost your energy and lose extra weight. You can also walk in for a free trial class which is wonderful.
